Plans and runs youth development, volunteering and community sports programmes for the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) and state youth and sports offices. You can join through SPA as Penolong Pegawai Belia dan Sukan S5 (STPM/diploma) or Pegawai Belia dan Sukan S9 (degree).

You can enter this career straight after SPM. A degree is optional, not required.

How people get into it here: Straight after SPM (credit in Bahasa Melayu) you can apply on SPA9 for Pembantu Belia dan Sukan S1. With STPM, STAM, Matriculation or a related diploma, apply for Penolong Pegawai Belia dan Sukan S5; with a degree (e.g. sports science, youth studies, social science), apply for Pegawai Belia dan Sukan S9. Serving staff can move up through the special exam.
