Air Force Airman (Perajurit Udara TUDM)

Enlisted member of the Royal Malaysian Air Force working in trades such as aircraft maintenance, avionics, air traffic support, air defence, logistics and security, recruited after SPM or SVM through the RMAF's yearly Perajurit Muda Udara intake.

You can enter this career straight after SPM. A degree is optional, not required.

How people get into it here
SPM or SVM (SKM Level 2/3 or an engineering diploma gives a higher starting point) → meet eyesight (no glasses, not colour-blind), height and BMI rules → register and apply on the TUDM recruitment portal when a PJM Udara series opens (usually mid-December to mid-February) → selection at a regional centre → basic training → posted to a trade and air base.
