1. Make a code
One code per session or class. Give it a label on this device so you remember which code is which session.
2. Print the poster or show the slides
An A4 or A3 poster with a QR code. Ten-minute slides for a briefing: check results, merit, UPU choices, backup routes and saving a plan.
3. See the counts
How many accounts came through the code, and how many of those have a saved plan. Totals only, no names.

What is kept, and what is not
- The database keeps the code and the random id of the device that made it. No school, teacher or student names.
- Your label stays on this device. It is not sent anywhere.
- An account counts for one code only, the first one used. A code takes accounts for 180 days and is deleted after 18 months.
- Totals under 3 show as "fewer than 3" so no student can be singled out.
- Students do not need an account to see results or suggestions. An account is only for saving a plan.
